While we love to see walk-in's and hear from you to grab your reservation requests over the phone, we encourage you to use our online reservation system to reserve a table.
Not only is it quick and easy but it gives us all the information we need to ensure your experience at Golden Dragon Palace starts off with a smile - no waiting in queues at the door or on the phone and no waiting for that reservation request you submitted the day before!

Cancellation Policy
At the Golden Dragon Palace, we understand that plans may change from time to time. However, please ensure any changes to your reservations are made 48 hours before your reservation time. Cancellations and change of mind for reserved date and/or time are costly to us as these are likely to result in an empty table.
Any no-shows, cancellations of booking or changes to the date of booking made inside 48 hours of your booking may therefore result in a charge of $28 per person during lunch sessions and $38 per person during the evening.

By using our online reservation service, you agree to our General Terms and Conditions outlined below.
General Terms and Conditions
(a) Changes and cancellations can only be made 48 hours before the time your reservation starts by modifying your reservation online using the link provided to you in the confirmation or reminder emails we send to you;
(b) At our discretion, we may choose to authorise a charge to recover costs in holding a table for you should you advise us of any changes or cancellations 48 hours or less before the reservation time - these costs are $28 per person for lunchtime sessions held between 11:30am and 3pm and $38 per person for dinner sessions held between 5:30pm to 9:30pm;
(c) If you are more than 15min late for your reservation and you failed to notify us in advance of your reserved timeslot, we may at our discretion, give your table to a customer waiting in queue;
(d) If you use our services, we may communicate with you via electronic messages including email, text message/SMS or mobile push notifications in accordance with our privacy policy;
(e) Any special requests will be catered for as best as possible - please leave us a note summarising your requests in your online reservation submission;
(f) Your information will be used in accordance with the Now Book It Privacy Policy for online reservations and take home orders and UberEats Privacy Policy for home delivery;
(g) Orders, reservation pre-authorisations and other items made available for sale on our website are subject to transaction fees which will be reflected on the payment screen during checkout;
(h) Please note that dining in on weekends and public holidays will incur a 10% surcharge.
